5. Revisions
Revision terms may vary by project or package. Unless otherwise agreed, revisions must be related to the original project scope. New requests, major direction changes, additional videos, new footage, or expanded deliverables may require additional fees or a new timeline.
6. Timelines and Delivery
We aim to meet agreed timelines, but delivery dates may depend on project complexity, client response times, footage availability, revision requests, and other factors. Any timeline provided is an estimate unless expressly stated as guaranteed in writing.
7. Ownership and Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once full payment has been received, the client may use final approved deliverables for their intended YouTube channel or content purpose. YTVelocity may retain rights to project files, editing templates, workflows, internal processes, and unused creative concepts unless specifically transferred in writing.
8. Portfolio and Results
We will not publicly share private client materials, analytics screenshots, or unpublished content without permission. If you give us permission to use project work, screenshots, testimonials, or results for portfolio or marketing purposes, we may use them in the agreed manner.
We do not guarantee specific views, revenue, subscribers, watch time, retention percentage, or channel growth results. Performance depends on many factors outside of editing, including topic, title, thumbnail, audience demand, publishing strategy, and YouTube’s recommendation systems.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms may vary by project or agreement. Fees for work already completed, time reserved, strategy, planning, editing, revisions, or delivered work may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Our services may involve third-party tools or platforms such as YouTube, Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, payment processors, booking tools, or communication platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account issues, or data practices of third-party services.
